Role Overview

The Head of Division is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Jeddah, tasked with overseeing the strategic and operational performance of a key business division. This role is pivotal in setting divisional goals, developing operational plans, and ensuring alignment with Finecure’s broader strategic objectives and customer-centric recovery model. The Head of Division will provide leadership and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), enhance portfolio performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, technology, and governance frameworks. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing client relationships, analyzing performance reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. Additionally, the role involves contributing to business development efforts, fostering innovation in AI-enabled decisioning, and cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ethical conduct within the division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic and Operational Leadership: Develop and execute divisional strategies that align with Finecure’s mission and customer-centric approach, ensuring sustainable growth and performance.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Oversee the tracking of KPIs, portfolio analytics, and performance reports to drive data-informed decision-making and process improvements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, representing the division in internal and external forums with professionalism and clarity.
  • Technology and Innovation: Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and advanced technologies to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and recovery outcomes.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and company governance standards to maintain operational integrity and customer trust.
  • Business Development Support: Contribute to the expansion of Finecure’s market presence by identifying growth opportunities and supporting innovation initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver superior results across the division.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a combination of leadership expertise, strategic acumen, and operational proficiency. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Leadership and People Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, developing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Strategic and Operational Excellence: Strong capabilities in strategic planning, business management, and operational execution, preferably within receivables management, financial services, or related industries.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience leveraging portfolio analytics, performance monitoring, and technology or AI-enabled tools to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and represent the division in internal and external settings.
  • Governance and Compliance: In-depth understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirements pertinent to financial and collection operations.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is highly advantageous.
  • Regional Experience: Familiarity with the Saudi market or GCC region, along with experience in financial institutions, fintechs, BNPL providers, telecom operators, or insurance portfolios, is preferred.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
