Finance Manager/Controller

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to join our global organization’s Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office. This critical position is exclusively available to Saudi National candidates and offers a unique opportunity to lead financial control functions within a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment. The Finance Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting while driving strategic financial planning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Assume full responsibility for financial control activities across the organization’s operations in Riyadh, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of financial reporting accuracy, ensuring compliance with both local and international accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support informed decision-making and business growth.
• Internal Controls & Process Optimization: Establish and maintain a framework of internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline finance functions and enhance productivity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights, guidance, and solutions that align with organizational objectives and drive sustainable performance.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth to build a high-performing finance function.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Background: Proven track record in a Finance Controller or equivalent senior finance role, with a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Multinational Experience: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a multinational or complex organizational structure, with a keen understanding of global financial practices and cultural nuances.
• Saudi National Status: Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia as a Saudi National is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Location & Availability: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate to the city to fulfill the role on a full-time basis.
