Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Design Assistance: Collaborate with senior engineers to contribute to the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, and other construction initiatives.
• Documentation and Technical Review: Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project objectives. Prepare detailed reports, site records, and technical documentation as required.
• Progress Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Monitor work progress on-site, verify compliance with project requirements, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards. Identify potential issues and propose corrective actions in collaboration with the project team.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety on-site by ensuring all activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to work on construction sites, adapt to dynamic project conditions, and acquire new technical and professional skills.
