Available Roles

  • Roustabout: As a Roustabout, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the worksite, assisting with equipment handling, and supporting senior crew members in daily operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.
  • Floorman: The Floorman position involves operating and maintaining drilling equipment, ensuring smooth workflow on the rig floor, and collaborating with the crew to uphold operational efficiency. This role demands technical aptitude, teamwork, and adherence to strict safety standards.
