Culinary Coordintor - Saudi National

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Coordinator to join our dynamic team at EDITION Hotels on Shura Island, The Red Sea. This role is exclusively available to Saudi nationals and is designed to support the seamless operation of our culinary services while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and facilitating efficient communication within the culinary department. Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Communication: Enter, retrieve, and update information in computer databases using keyboards, mice, or trackballs. Transmit documents and information via computer, mail, or facsimile machines to ensure timely and accurate communication across departments.
• Office Operations: Operate standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and point-of-sale systems. Prepare and edit professional documents such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Mail & Records Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping, sorting, and distributing. Create and maintain both digital and paper-based filing systems to organize records, reports, and business transactions efficiently.
• Guest & Team Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs. Assist individuals with disabilities and express genuine appreciation to guests. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to support team goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Professional Conduct & Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Physical Requirements: Perform job duties that may involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Support other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, along with prior experience in administrative roles within the hospitality or culinary industry.
