Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. Contribute to drafting technical drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to facilitate seamless project execution. Monitor construction activities, verify quality control measures, and address any on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
• Technical Analysis: Perform calculations, feasibility studies, and cost estimates to support project decision-making. Utilize industry-standard software and tools to analyze structural integrity, material specifications, and environmental impact assessments.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, progress updates, and technical documentation to track project milestones and ensure transparency with stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Professional Development: Participate in training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in civil engineering practices and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates with little to no professional experience are encouraged to apply. Internship or academic project experience in civil engineering is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required and adapt to varying work conditions.
