About the Role

Elfonze Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPM Solution Lead / Architect to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive EPM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Lead the design of EPM frameworks, including financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges, and translating requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate with senior leadership, finance teams, and IT departments to align EPM initiatives with organizational goals.
• Implementation and Integration: Oversee the deployment of EPM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI tools. Drive best practices in data modeling, workflow automation, and user adoption to maximize solution effectiveness.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance EPM solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability. Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements to deliver measurable business value.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Lead by example in promoting industry best practices and emerging trends in EPM.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure EPM solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Implement robust security measures and data governance frameworks to protect sensitive financial information.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in EPM solution design and implementation, with a deep understanding of financial systems and enterprise architecture. Key qualifications include:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in EPM, such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, or IBM Planning Analytics, are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in EPM solution architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
• Proficiency in EPM tools and technologies, including Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management, and Smart View. Experience with SAP BPC, IBM Planning Analytics, or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Strong project management capabilities, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a valuable asset.
• Certifications in EPM, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), or data governance are a strong plus.
