Key Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in executing end-to-end recruitment strategies. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Act as a brand ambassador for Fathom.io, fostering long-term talent pipelines.
• Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Provide expert guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding facilitation. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Employer Branding & Talent Marketing: Enhance Fathom.io’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, thought leadership content, and engagement initiatives. Showcase the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess hiring performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement strategies. Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies to streamline processes.
• Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates and fostering a diverse workforce.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a passion for talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and social media recruiting platforms is highly desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian job market, including labor laws, cultural nuances, and competitive hiring landscapes. Experience in technology, engineering, or digital transformation sectors is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent credentials are advantageous but not mandatory.
