• Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Overseeing the boutique's day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Managing and developing the boutique team, including coaching, training, and performance management.
• Collaborating with the regional team and head office to implement marketing campaigns and promotional events.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in luxury retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
