Accounts Receivable Accountant

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain updated records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain organized financial files and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage customer invoicing and billing accuracy.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all receivables' transactions.
• Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end closing.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams on billing issues.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (preferred).
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic.
