Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of Qiddiya Investment Company. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the company’s strategic objectives. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Manage liquidity, cash flow, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources. Monitor working capital and implement best practices to enhance financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and executive leadership, to provide financial expertise and support data-driven decision-making. Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a corporate or investment environment.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of IFRS and local regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in treasury management, cash flow optimization, and financial risk mitigation.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion, is required.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
