Electrical Engineer (High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hotels)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Project Execution: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and emergency power solutions.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime, conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold system reliability.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems seamlessly with overall building designs and operations.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in designing and managing systems for high-rise buildings or hospitality projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP) and familiarity with power distribution systems, lighting design, and fire alarm systems.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
