DC Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive DC Controller to join our Supply Chain team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory precision, and delivering timely reports to support seamless distribution across NADEC’s regional network. Your expertise will contribute directly to maintaining operational excellence and driving efficiency within our dynamic supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting: Develop baseline customer demand by collecting, analyzing, and validating data to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory alignment.
• Inventory Planning: Support the planning of inventory for existing products, new launches, and phase-outs to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize disruptions.
• Inventory Accuracy: Monitor and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory activities, identifying and resolving discrepancies to uphold data integrity.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive DC performance reports, including allocation versus actual receipts, to facilitate informed decision-making and operational improvements.
• Returns Management: Reconcile system records with physical market returns to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of discrepancies.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety and quality standards within DC operations to maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Stock Level Management: Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels, ensuring real-time system accuracy to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Empty Crate Tracking: Monitor the return and receipt of empty crates to and from Haradh factory, ensuring efficient resource utilization and traceability.
• Shift Reporting: Generate effective DC shift management reports to support leadership in making data-driven operational decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in Warehouse & Logistics, with a preference for candidates with exposure to Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environments.
