Role Overview

The Presentation Developer will play a pivotal role in enhancing Saipem’s communication and engagement strategies by creating high-impact, professional, and technical presentations. This position is ideal for a university graduate with a strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a passion for transforming complex data into compelling visual narratives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the KJO Management team to develop and publish professional media clips that effectively convey Saipem’s vision, projects, and achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Development: Design and produce professional, visually engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including technical, executive, and stakeholder groups. Ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with Saipem’s branding and messaging guidelines.
• Media Content Creation: Develop short movie clips and multimedia content to support internal and external communications. This includes scripting, storyboarding, editing, and finalizing video assets that highlight Saipem’s innovations, projects, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to gather insights and translate them into visually compelling presentations and media assets. Respond promptly to requests from KJO Management to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in PowerPoint, including the use of animations, transitions, and interactive elements to enhance engagement. Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Innovation and Adaptability: Stay abreast of industry trends in presentation design and multimedia content creation. Propose creative solutions to elevate the quality and impact of Saipem’s communications, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all deliverables. Ensure that presentations and media clips are polished, error-free, and optimized for various platforms and formats.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a self-motivated and proactive individual with a keen eye for design and a strong foundation in presentation development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. A degree in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design, Communications, or a related discipline, is preferred, along with prior experience in creating professional presentations and multimedia content.
