Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored strategies that accelerate capital project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address bottlenecks in project delivery processes, applying data-driven insights and Bain’s proprietary tools to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior executives, project managers, and external stakeholders to foster alignment, secure buy-in, and drive collective accountability for project outcomes.
• Change Management: Champion organizational change initiatives to embed new project acceleration frameworks, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term sustainability of improvements.
• Industry Insights & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative methodologies in capital project management, and integrate these insights into client solutions to drive competitive advantage.
• Results Delivery: Oversee the execution of project acceleration initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of tangible outcomes, including cost savings, schedule compression, and enhanced project quality.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess a combination of strategic acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for driving impactful change. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in capital projects, construction, or infrastructure, with a focus on project acceleration and delivery optimization.
• A proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects in sectors such as energy, industrial, transportation, or real estate, preferably within the Middle East or similar high-growth markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma, and familiarity with digital tools and technologies that enhance project execution.
• An advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, or equivalent).
