Position Overview

WhiteMoon Pottery is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Studio & Creative Operations Assistant (Part-Time) to support the founder in managing business operations, content creation, and studio-related tasks. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a flexible, dynamic environment and enjoys taking on diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about contributing to the growth of a creative studio. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a hands-on team while working in a hybrid setting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage emails, maintain an organized calendar, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Document & Financial Management: Organize and maintain documents, including quotations, invoices, and basic financial records, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Content Creation & Scheduling: Record and edit engaging short-form content for social media platforms, schedule posts, and contribute creative ideas to enhance WhiteMoon Pottery’s online presence.
• AI & Technology Utilization: Leverage AI tools to assist with research, organization, brainstorming, and workflow optimization to streamline studio operations.
• Logistics & Operations: Coordinate shipments and manage other day-to-day operational tasks to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Studio Assistance: Provide support in studio preparation, packaging, and other hands-on tasks as needed, contributing to the overall production process.
