As a Commis II, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the hotel's recipes and standards. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, a passion for cooking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen is preferred but not required.
