About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Cluster Director of Finance to lead financial operations across our dynamic cluster in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and long-term forecasts that align with organizational objectives and drive profitability across the cluster.
• Financial Operations Oversight: Lead all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance activities to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to local and international financial standards.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor financial performance metrics, identify trends, and implement cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement through coaching and professional development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, operational leaders, and external stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and communicate financial performance effectively.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and international financial standards.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the cluster.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, analyses, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a multi-site or cluster environment.
• Expertise: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial reporting, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, financial management software, and Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Leadership: Exceptional team leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Outstanding analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Regional Knowledge: Preferred familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business environment and regional financial practices, as well as international financial standards and best practices.
