Sales Representative - Operations (Club Management - CX)

Leejam Sports, a leading sports and fitness company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our Operations team, focusing on Club Management and Customer Experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experience across our network of sports clubs. You will work closely with club management teams to implement sales strategies, manage member relationships, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Managing member relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with club management teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and market trends.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer experience. A background in the fitness industry is desirable but not essential.
