Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead all transportation, logistics, fleet, warehousing, and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion to enhance revenue streams.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, investments, cost optimization, and profitability analysis to ensure fiscal health and long-term viability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industry Expertise: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or a closely related field.
• Leadership Background: Proven track record of 8+ years in senior leadership or executive management roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational success.
• Operational Leadership: Extensive experience managing large-scale transportation networks, fleets, or logistics operations, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and commercial leadership to support growth and profitability goals.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of transportation laws, safety regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and risk mitigation.
