We are seeking a skilled Associate Frontend Engineer to join our fully remote team and contribute to the development of intuitive, high-performance interfaces designed to streamline complex workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Interface Development: Design, build, and maintain internal web applications that serve as the primary interface for accessing and managing critical project data, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve UI-related issues by analyzing browser logs, network requests, and data discrepancies to identify root causes of inefficiencies or errors.
• Workflow Optimization: Refine routing logic and approval chain mechanisms within frontend applications to ensure project updates are processed accurately and in compliance with organizational protocols.
• Collaboration with Backend Teams: Work closely with backend engineers to align frontend displays with backend data structures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all systems.
• Dashboard Development: Create intuitive, real-time dashboards that provide operations managers with clear visibility into project backlogs, bottlenecks, and performance metrics, enabling proactive decision-making.
• Documentation and Maintenance: Develop comprehensive technical documentation for all components and systems built, ensuring the client can independently maintain and scale the solutions post-deployment.
• Form and Data Entry Enhancement: Redesign forms and data entry interfaces to reduce human error, streamline reporting processes, and eliminate reconciliation discrepancies during critical reporting cycles.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Participate in rigorous code reviews that prioritize functional correctness, readability, and maintainability, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills
