- Succession Planning: Create and implement succession plans for critical clinical and academic leadership roles to ensure long-term stability and leadership continuity.
Culture, Engagement & Performance
- Organisational Culture: Cultivate a culture rooted in safety, ethics, empathy, and professional excellence across all healthcare and education entities, fostering an environment where both patients and learners thrive.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee performance management systems with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure patient care quality, teaching effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Employee Well-being: Develop and implement employee engagement and well-being initiatives—such as burnout prevention programs, counselling services, flexible scheduling, and recognition schemes—tailored to the unique needs of clinical and academic staff.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, grievances, and investigations with fairness, transparency, and full compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
