Key Responsibilities

• Loan Processing and Approval: Evaluate loan applications, conduct thorough credit assessments, and make informed decisions on approvals or rejections in alignment with company guidelines and risk management policies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless borrowing experience while fostering long-term loyalty.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all loan activities adhere to local and international financial regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards to mitigate risks and maintain the integrity of THECS’s operations.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, analyze loan portfolios, and provide actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making and optimize lending performance.
• Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and supervise a team of loan officers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity and ensure consistent service excellence.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, legal advisors, and collections departments, to streamline processes and resolve complex loan-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in loan management, credit analysis, or a similar financial services role, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, lending practices, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and assess creditworthiness accurately.
• Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in financial software, loan management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and customer-centric service delivery.
