About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will oversee financial architecture, IT, HR, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with our long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Architecture and Governance: Develop and implement robust financial frameworks that enhance stability, compliance, and operational efficiency. Lead the transformation from legacy systems to an AI-first digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• AI-First Financial Operations: Spearhead the deployment of AI-driven tools and automation to streamline financial processes, including ERP automation, AI-assisted reporting, and automated reconciliation. Drive innovation in financial operations to improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making.
• Financial Reporting and Close Discipline: Oversee the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Strengthen close processes to deliver timely, accurate, and transparent financial statements.
• Revenue Data Integrity: Implement rigorous controls to safeguard revenue recognition and financial data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance and mitigate risks.
• Banking, Covenant, and Cash Management: Optimize cash flow, manage covenant compliance, and strengthen banking relationships to support operational liquidity and growth initiatives.
• Profit Optimization: Identify and execute strategies to enhance profitability through cost efficiency, revenue growth, and operational improvements.
• Contract and Contingency Governance: Ensure robust governance over contracts, contingencies, and financial obligations to mitigate risks and maximize value.
• Statutory and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to local and international financial regulations, ensuring the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries.
• Leadership of IT, HR, and Digital Transformation: Provide strategic direction to IT and HR functions, aligning them with the organization’s digital transformation goals. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience: 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5–8 years in senior leadership roles. Prior experience in IT consulting, technology-related managed services, or digital/cloud businesses is highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial controls, revenue recognition, and SAP Finance modules. Hands-on experience in deploying AI agents, financial AI-driven operations, and ERP automation.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation and communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Education and Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. An MBA or Master’s in Finance is preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly valued.
• Market Knowledge: Proven track record in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market, with a deep understanding of local financial and regulatory landscapes.
