Facility Supervisor

About the Role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a highly motivated and operationally astute Facility Supervisor to lead the Shared Services function. Reporting directly to the Admin & Facility Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all facility operations across the company’s primary office in Dammam and its industrial site in Ras Al Khair. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless delivery of essential facility services—including building maintenance, transportation, catering, and janitorial services—while strictly adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. This position demands a proactive leader capable of driving operational excellence and maintaining high standards of service delivery in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Facility Supervisor will play a critical role in managing and optimizing facility operations across multiple sites. The core responsibilities include:

• Site Operations Oversight: Supervise all facility operations at both the Dammam office and Ras Al Khair industrial site, including building maintenance, office services, and workspace allocation to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
• Catering Management: Oversee the provision of catering services at both office and industrial locations, ensuring high-quality meals and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Transportation Coordination: Manage employee transportation services, including the coordination of shuttle buses between Dammam, Jubail, and Ras Al Khair, to facilitate smooth and efficient commuting for staff.
• Janitorial Services Supervision: Lead janitorial teams to maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all company premises, ensuring a safe and pleasant work environment.
• Visitor Access & Security Coordination: Oversee visitor access protocols, front desk operations, and site security in alignment with the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Department guidelines to safeguard company assets and personnel.
• Fleet Management: Administer the company’s fleet operations, ensuring timely vehicle maintenance, optimal utilization, and compliance with transportation policies.
• Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor facility management policies and procedures in strict compliance with industrial zone regulations and company standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of administrative and facility support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and competencies:

Education & Experience

• A high school diploma or a Diploma in Administration, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in facility management, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with facility management systems or software.

Behavioral Competencies

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and staff development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
