The Strategy Assistant is a critical role supporting the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in driving the healthcare organization's strategic agenda. This role translates the organizational vision into measurable, actionable outcomes, ensuring the strategic plan is continuously monitored, analyzed, and effectively executed across all departments.

The incumbent serves as the analytical and operational backbone of the Corporate Strategy function, bridging executive-level strategic intent with day-to-day organizational performance. This enables the CSO and the broader leadership team to make timely, evidence-based decisions that advance the organization's mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.

• Organizational Accountabilities:
• Leads and supports the CSO in the annual and multi-year strategic planning cycle.
• Owns the design, development, and continuous refinement of the organizational Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
• Prepares and presents strategic performance reports to the CSO, C-Suite, and Board of Directors.
• Translates enterprise-level strategic objectives into departmental scorecards and operational targets.
• Engages with senior leadership to gather data and build organizational buy-in for strategic initiatives.
• Identifies strategic-level risks and provides analytical recommendations to the CSO.

• Functional Accountabilities:
• Performs advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis on clinical, operational, and financial datasets.
• Designs the KPI framework and builds the architecture of dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Builds financial models and conducts scenario analyses to support strategic investment decisions.
• Maintains oversight of the strategic project portfolio and identifies portfolio-level risks.
• Conducts impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses for process improvement initiatives.
• Authors strategic presentations, memos, and briefing documents for the CSO, C-Suite, and Board.
• Attends strategic steering committees and executive meetings as an analytical resource.
• Responds to time-sensitive analytical requests from the CSO and executive team.
