Position Overview
Intelligent Regulations Medical (IRME), a leading provider of regulatory consulting services in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and expand our presence in the medical device and healthcare regulatory sector. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s mission by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, strategic networking, and digital engagement. Drive lead generation and conversion to expand IRME’s client base.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead identification to contract negotiation and final closure. Conduct compelling presentations and service demonstrations to showcase IRME’s regulatory solutions, including Medical Device Marketing Authorization (MDMA), Authorized Representative (AR) services, product classification, and compliance support.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare organizations. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, after-sales support, and seamless coordination with internal teams.
- Marketing Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms, industry exhibitions, and targeted events. Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure technical accuracy in proposals, marketing materials, and client communications.
- CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM software. Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training sessions and onboarding presentations to clients, educating them on IRME’s services and Saudi FDA regulatory requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking guidance on compliance and market access strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development strategies and enhance IRME’s competitive positioning.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development, with a preference for candidates with experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulatory consulting sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

- In-depth knowledge of Saudi FDA (SFDA) medical device regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Medical Device Marketing Authorization (MDMA) and Authorized Representative (AR) services.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed to support business development and client engagement initiatives.
