Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah and Riyadh. This full-time, on-site position is pivotal in connecting individuals and organizations with Masar’s transformative rehabilitation services. The Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between prospective clients and our clinical and administrative teams, ensuring a seamless and supportive onboarding experience. Your role will involve engaging with diverse stakeholders, from individuals seeking recovery to partner organizations, while upholding Masar’s mission of compassionate, confidential, and culturally sensitive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Consultation: Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct detailed informational consultations, and address concerns with professionalism and empathy. Guide prospective clients through Masar’s services, ensuring they feel informed and supported in their decision-making process.
• Lead Management and Follow-Up: Utilize CRM systems or internal tools to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Prioritize timely communication to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into committed clients.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Act as a bridge between prospective clients and Masar’s multidisciplinary care providers.
• Outreach and Representation: Participate in outreach initiatives, community events, and industry conferences to raise awareness of Masar’s services. Represent the organization with integrity, aligning all activities with our ethical standards and mission.
• Sales Strategy and Performance: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that drive growth while maintaining Masar’s commitment to quality and compassion. Set and achieve measurable targets, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and cultural sensitivity guidelines in all interactions. Ensure all engagements reflect Masar’s values of respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Radiologic Sciences, Respiratory Therapy, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. Additionally, you should have 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the medical devices, healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical sectors. A strong foundation in customer service, relationship management, and active listening is essential, along with the ability to articulate complex services in a clear and compassionate manner.

We value candidates who are goal-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in using CRM tools to track progress and outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel is necessary to support on-site engagements in Jeddah and Riyadh. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, while proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous. Prior experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or social services sales is a significant plus.
