Key Responsibilities

The Product Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing our market presence by executing a range of strategic and operational tasks. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Product Promotion and Advocacy: Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of Jamjoom Medical’s operating room and laparoscopic products to healthcare professionals, ensuring they fully understand the features, benefits, and clinical applications of our solutions.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams, to foster trust and drive product adoption.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory, collaborating with internal teams to expand our market reach and increase sales revenue.
• Account Management: Oversee assigned customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Customer Engagement and Support: Provide timely follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and collections, while offering technical and clinical support to address any product-related concerns or challenges.
• Market Intelligence and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, conduct market research, and provide regular updates to the sales and marketing teams to inform strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless product delivery, training, and post-sales support.
• Training and Education: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our equipment and maximize its clinical utility.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to operating room equipment, surgical products, or laparoscopic solutions is highly desirable, as it demonstrates familiarity with the target market and its unique demands.
• Skills and Competencies: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers. A self-motivated, organized, and results-driven approach is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
• Language and Mobility: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. A valid Saudi driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory, as the role involves regular travel within the assigned territory.
