Influence Branding & Digital, a leading brand-building agency, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Riyadh team. We specialize in crafting compelling brand narratives that connect authentically with target audiences, combining meaningful storytelling with strategic insight.

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll support the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen client brands and drive engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market research and analyzing customer behavior to identify opportunities for enhanced brand visibility and performance.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to prepare marketing materials and support sales activities.
• Coordinating events and promotional activities, and monitoring campaign performance.
• Preparing reports and maintaining consistent, customer-focused communication across channels.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in market research, marketing strategy, and sales processes.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• The ability to work on-site in Riyadh and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic reporting or analytics is an advantage.
