CyberSecurity Instructor

We are seeking an experienced CyberSecurity Instructor to deliver high-quality cybersecurity training programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, possesses strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, and can translate complex security concepts into engaging, hands-on learning experiences. The instructor will prepare learners for real-world cybersecurity careers through practical instruction and industry best practices.

• Deliver instructor-led training in cybersecurity through lectures, workshops, and hands-on labs.
• Teach both foundational and advanced cybersecurity concepts using practical, project-based learning.
• Guide trainees through real-world cybersecurity scenarios and technical exercises.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Support learners throughout their training journey and encourage continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats, security technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or mentoring.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including:
• Hands-on experience with common security tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners with different levels of experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience delivering hands-on cybersecurity labs and technical workshops.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, or Elastic Security.
• Experience with cloud security on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
