As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of parcels and documents to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Efficient Parcel Handling: Collect, sort, and deliver parcels and documents to designated locations within Jeddah, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Route Optimization: Plan and execute the most efficient delivery routes to minimize transit times and maximize productivity.
• Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to customers during pickups and deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the secure transportation of goods, including proper handling of fragile or high-value items.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A valid Saudi driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in courier, delivery, or logistics operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
• Proficiency in using GPS devices and delivery management software.
• Familiarity with the Jeddah area and local road networks is advantageous.
