As our PowerBI Lead, you will lead, design, and develop enterprise-scale BI solutions using Power BI, with a preference for expertise in SSAS and SSIS for robust data modeling and integration. You will:

• Lead and deliver complex Power BI and pagination reports and enterprise BI solutions.
• Build and manage advanced semantic models using SSAS Tabular models (preferred).
• Develop complex DAX calculations and optimize data models.
• Optimize performance using tools like DAX Studio and Performance Analyzer.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and enforce governance standards.
• Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Manage Power BI Service, deployments, and workspace governance.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders for solution design and delivery.

We seek an expert in Power BI, advanced DAX, and data modeling with hands-on experience in SSAS (Tabular preferred). Strong knowledge of data warehousing and BI architecture, along with leadership and stakeholder management skills, is essential. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) and/or SAP BO& Oracle are an added advantage.
