Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will play a central role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by executing a wide range of accounting duties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily Accounting Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
• Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Maintain comprehensive bookkeeping records, perform reconciliations, manage invoicing, and prepare detailed financial reports to support informed decision-making.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, optimizing cash flow and maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.
• Tax Compliance and GST Filings: Handle all aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including preparation, filing, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Multi-Entity Accounting: Manage accounting processes for both India and Saudi Arabia entities, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
• MIS Reporting and Audit Support: Develop and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance. Assist in audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with auditors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and management, to ensure seamless financial documentation and reporting.
• Policy and Standard Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements to mitigate financial risks and maintain organizational integrity.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, terminology, and practices, coupled with hands-on experience using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent platforms.
• Taxation Expertise: A solid understanding of GST and other taxation processes, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Bookkeeping and Reporting: Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial documentation.
• Multi-Jurisdictional Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting processes specific to India and Saudi Arabia, including local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical and Organizational Abilities: Exceptional analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
