Join Microsoft as a Senior Account Manager for our Enterprise Commercial, Aviation, Retail & Telecommunication Industry team, where you'll lead strategic relationships with top telecommunication companies in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you'll navigate complex industry challenges, support customers in harnessing Microsoft's solutions, and drive long-term account strategies across cloud, AI, and digital transformation.

As the primary business leader for your telecommunications accounts, you'll cultivate executive partnerships, align customer priorities with Microsoft technologies, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth and foster lasting business outcomes. Your ability to champion customer innovation will accelerate digital transformation and set new standards for trusted, high-impact partnerships in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand executive-level relationships, positioning Microsoft's capabilities in alignment with customer business priorities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer strategies, industry trends, and market dynamics to accelerate digital transformation.
• Lead internal teams and partners to deliver innovative, strategic solutions that drive customer value and digital business outcomes.
• Oversee and execute comprehensive account plans, ensuring high-impact results, meeting sales goals, and unlocking new growth opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, translating Microsoft solutions into business impact and helping customers navigate transformative change.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience OR equivalent.
• 5+ years account management experience OR equivalent.
