Associate - Graphic Design

The Associate - Graphic Design is a pivotal role within our Marketing team, responsible for designing and specifying design parameters to support our offline and online marketing campaigns. This role also involves supporting flash animation and creative requirements.

• Design and produce promotional materials for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Create graphics, product illustrations, company logos, and marketing visuals aligned with business objectives.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual content for advertising and social media platforms.
• Ensure all artwork complies with brand guidelines and supplier specifications.
• Prepare and arrange design elements including typography, images, and visual assets for production.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns and deliver creative solutions.
• Monitor design trends, advertising activities, and competitor campaigns to generate new ideas.
• Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Creative Design roles. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
