Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments, including but not limited to deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration, tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns.
• Specialize in Korean facial treatments, incorporating innovative techniques such as sheet masks, ampoule applications, and LED light therapy to achieve optimal results.
• Provide expert consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend personalized skincare regimens and treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in esthetics, particularly in Asian and Korean skincare methodologies, to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the salon team to promote services, products, and memberships that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and ensure a positive, memorable experience.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications and possess the required skills:

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Beauty Therapy.
• Certification from a recognized institution, including CIDESCO (Comité International d’Esthétique et de Cosmétologie), ensuring adherence to international standards of excellence.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in esthetics, with a strong focus on facial treatments and Asian skincare techniques.
• Proven expertise in Korean facial treatments, including specialized protocols such as the 7-Step Korean Facial, Gua Sha, and advanced extractions.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, their benefits, and their appropriate application for various skin types and conditions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to engage clients and provide clear, professional consultations.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
