This role is designed for a forward-thinking professional who is passionate about driving meaningful change in healthcare systems while ensuring compliance with GSK’s rigorous standards and local regulations.
Core Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for mapping and analyzing end-to-end patient journeys within priority accounts, focusing on critical touchpoints such as eligible-patient identification, treatment initiation, monitoring, patient support, and treatment completion. Your work will directly contribute to the development and expansion of healthcare system solutions (HSS) across all sectors, with a relentless focus on patient needs and timely access to care. Key responsibilities include:

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, policymakers, and cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Patient Support Programs (PSP), Government Affairs, Supply, Legal, and Compliance—to align initiatives with GSK’s strategic objectives and local healthcare priorities.
- Patient Support Program (PSP) Integration: Support the implementation of PSP initiatives by aligning services with account workflows, reducing the burden on healthcare professionals and patients, and enhancing overall care experiences.
- Policy and Protocol Advocacy: Collaborate with stakeholders to shape policies and protocols that embed appropriate testing, diagnosis, referral, treatment initiation, and monitoring pathways, ensuring alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and GSK’s Ways of Working.
- Education and Advocacy: Support healthcare professional education by disseminating the latest disease-area information in compliance with local regulations and GSK’s standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Compliance and Governance
As a trusted leader within GSK, you will uphold the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Medical Governance: Oversee medical governance responsibilities to ensure that all initiatives meet regulatory and ethical standards.
- Business Partnerships: Foster strong, compliant relationships with distributors and external partners, ensuring alignment with GSK’s legal and operational frameworks.
