ServiceNow GRC / IRM Implementation Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping organizations streamline their risk management processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s GRC and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules, along with a proven track record in delivering end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Configuration: Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. This includes designing workflows, risk assessment frameworks, policy management systems, and compliance tracking mechanisms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, risk management requirements, and compliance challenges. Translate these insights into actionable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Implementation and Deployment: Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, including system integration, data migration, testing, and go-live support. Ensure seamless deployment while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Risk and Compliance Expertise: Provide expert guidance on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. Assist clients in establishing robust governance frameworks that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 31000, COSO, or NIST.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower client teams with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilize the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Act as a technical resource for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise during or after implementation. Provide timely resolutions to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and process workflows. Generate insightful reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate the value of the implemented solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules, including risk management, policy and compliance, audit management, and vendor risk management. Certification in ServiceNow GRC/IRM is highly desirable.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing GRC solutions, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or government is advantageous.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills to address implementation challenges effectively.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to end-users. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
