Key Responsibilities

The QSHE Coordinator (Sales) will be responsible for a wide range of duties to uphold and enhance our QSHE performance. Your core responsibilities will include:

• QSHE Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant QSHE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the sales function. This includes conducting regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver comprehensive QSHE training programs for sales teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Ensure all employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools to perform their roles in compliance with QSHE standards.
• Incident Management: Investigate and report QSHE-related incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and minimize risks associated with sales operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze QSHE performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation. Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the sales department and the QSHE team to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. Work closely with regional managers, supervisors, and employees to promote a proactive QSHE culture.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying best practices, benchmarking against industry standards, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance QSHE performance across the sales network.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of education, experience, and personal attributes that align with Almarai’s high standards. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Quality Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a QSHE role, preferably within the food and beverage industry or a fast-paced sales environment.
• In-depth knowledge of international QSHE standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 (or ISO 45001), and familiarity with local regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Certifications in QSHE management systems (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
