Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of our enterprise-wide Digital Transformation Project. This critical role requires an individual with exceptional leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and fluency in Arabic to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project success by ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing resources efficiently, and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the following areas:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables, while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and governance frameworks.
• Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance through regular status updates, executive dashboards, and detailed reports to provide transparency and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Vendor & Client Management: Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and client communications to foster productive partnerships and ensure timely project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, risk registers, and change logs, to support knowledge transfer and future reference.

• Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches, with hands-on experience applying these frameworks in real-world scenarios.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and external partners.
• Risk & Budget Management: Strong analytical abilities to assess project risks, allocate resources efficiently, and manage budgets to maximize ROI and minimize cost overruns.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive performance through clear goal-setting and accountability.
• Documentation & Reporting: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality documentation, including project charters, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders and compliance with organizational language requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates for this role must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
• Fluency in Arabic, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional corporate environment.
• Availability to work onsite and lead project activities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
