Role and Responsibilities

In this critical position, you will provide direct patient care across a variety of specialized units, including medical-surgical, ICU, ER, or other specialty departments, under the supervision of attending physicians. Your responsibilities will encompass administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting thorough clinical assessments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) standards. Accurate documentation of patient progress in electronic health records (EHR) is essential, as is maintaining full compliance with Prometric certification requirements to uphold the highest standards of care.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, provide patient education, and ensure smooth transitions to discharge. In emergency situations, your clinical judgment and adherence to hospital safety and infection control policies will be vital in delivering timely and effective interventions. Additionally, you will participate in mandatory training sessions, code blue drills, and continuous professional development programs to maintain your licensure and Prometric eligibility, ensuring you remain at the forefront of nursing excellence.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Valid and active Prometric Certification
  • Active Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) License or eligibility for licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Strong clinical documentation and patient assessment skills
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience in ICU or ER settings
  • Exposure to pediatric or oncology nursing
  • Basic to conversational proficiency in Arabic
