Key Responsibilities

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing CRM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your core duties will include:

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including entities, workflows, business process flows, and forms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integration & Customization: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (e.g., Power Platform, Azure) and third-party applications to create seamless, end-to-end business solutions.
• Data Management: Implement robust data models, security roles, and access controls to ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across the CRM platform.
• Automation & Optimization: Develop and optimize automated workflows, business rules, and AI-driven insights to improve decision-making and customer engagement.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate solution functionality before deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that align with their strategic business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and drive innovation within the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and technical competencies:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Development Skills: Strong background in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL Server, with experience in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, or MB-240) are highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable solutions.
