Business Analyst - ServiceNow GRC & SPM

Join Integrated Solutions Tawantech, a leading provider of technology solutions in Saudi Arabia, as our Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Security Performance Management (SPM).

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, defining requirements, and driving the implementation of ServiceNow GRC and SPM modules to enhance our clients' security posture and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet business objectives and align with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting business analysis to understand client needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Designing and configuring ServiceNow GRC and SPM modules to meet business requirements.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Providing user training and support to ensure effective adoption of the solutions.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and align with architectural standards.
• Participating in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow GRC and SPM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
