Corporate Account Manager

Your Role:

• Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets, with a focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions and risk coverage.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient policy issuance and excellent post-sales service.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize portfolio growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate account management or a similar field.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to think strategically and adapt to market changes.
• Knowledge of insurance and underwriting is a plus but not required.
