Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew Member at flyadeal, your daily duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities designed to prioritize passenger safety and enhance their travel experience. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Safety and Security: Maintain the highest safety standards by conducting pre-flight safety checks, performing safety demonstrations, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and flyadeal policies throughout all phases of flight. You will be the first line of defense in responding to any onboard emergencies or security concerns.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding and disembarkation, and addressing enquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to anticipate and meet passenger needs will be instrumental in creating a positive and lasting impression.
• Onboard Operations: Prepare, serve, and sell food, beverages, and onboard retail products while maintaining a high standard of presentation and hygiene. You will also support aircraft turnaround activities, including cabin preparation and restocking, to ensure timely departures and smooth operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Cabin Crew members and the Flight Deck team to foster a cohesive and efficient working environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly will contribute to the overall success of each flight.
• Compliance and Training: Stay up-to-date with flyadeal’s policies, aviation regulations, and safety procedures by participating in recurrent training and continuous professional development. Your commitment to learning and improvement will ensure that you remain at the forefront of industry standards.

This role is based in one of the following vibrant cities, offering a blend of cultural richness and modern amenities:

• Jeddah
• Riyadh
• Dammam
• Madinah

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with passengers and crew members from diverse backgrounds.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Minimum height of 160 cm.
  • Minimum arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Ability to swim at least 50 metres unaided.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing all Cabin Crew duties safely.
  • Compliance with flyadeal’s BMI requirements.
• Medical and Travel Eligibility:
  • Successfully pass the required aviation medical examination.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Cabin Crew uniform.
  • Valid passport with eligibility to travel without restrictions to all flyadeal destinations.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overnight duties.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your application:

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, hotels, tourism, luxury retail, healthcare, food & beverage, or other guest-facing service industries.
• Experience working in fast-paced operational environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Proven ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Proficiency in additional languages to cater to a diverse passenger base.
• Experience collaborating within multicultural teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality service.
