IT Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network infrastructure, system administration, and technical support. This role involves monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure and internet connectivity to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network equipment, as well as administering and supporting Active Directory and Windows-based environments. They will also prepare and configure laptops and desktops for new employees, ensuring endpoint security by managing antivirus solutions and maintaining compliance with IT security policies.

Other responsibilities include managing IT assets, supporting day-to-day IT operations, and providing technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Technical Support.

Strong command of English, experience with Active Directory and Windows administration, good understanding of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity, knowledge of IT security best practices and endpoint protection solutions, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills are all essential for this role.
