Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of research, development, and product implementation initiatives within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define project scope, assemble and guide cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of all assigned projects. Your expertise in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in aligning project outcomes with organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Projects Manager will assume a multifaceted role, encompassing the following core duties and responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans by outlining key tasks, assigning responsibilities, and establishing clear timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and adhering to budget constraints.
• Budget and Cost Management: Conduct detailed cost analyses to estimate project expenditures, prepare and implement realistic budgets, and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle to prevent overruns.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks that may impact project success, report findings to management, and recommend strategic mitigation measures, including the consideration of project termination when necessary to safeguard organizational interests.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead interdepartmental teams by fostering collaboration, clarifying roles and accountabilities, and resolving conflicts or challenges to maintain productivity and project momentum.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, industry regulations, contractual obligations, and best practices, while maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout the development and implementation phases.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress using advanced tools and methodologies, develop insightful dashboards to evaluate performance against short- and long-term goals, and provide regular updates to senior management on a monthly basis or as required.
• Client and Vendor Management: Attend and facilitate project coordination meetings with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
• Resource Allocation and Optimization: Ensure the efficient allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize waste while meeting project deliverables.
• Technical Proficiency and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to manage information technology projects with a focus on delivering positive outcomes and fostering a collaborative work environment among team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following educational, experiential, and professional criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science is required. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a similar capacity. Experience within the healthcare or hospital industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related project management software is essential. Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are critical for navigating complex project challenges.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, are vital for building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills are also required to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Knowledge and Compliance: A thorough understanding of business operations, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards is necessary to ensure projects meet all legal, contractual, and organizational requirements.

The Projects Manager will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer. This full-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional who is capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of performance and accountability.
