We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Storekeeper to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and store facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical role involves ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials to support our manufacturing and industrial operations. Key Responsibilities

The Storekeeper will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our warehouse operations. The core responsibilities include:

• Receiving & Material Handling:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process material receipts, dispatches, discrepancies, and damaged goods in strict accordance with established company procedures.
  • Store all materials in designated locations using proper storage practices to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Issue materials accurately based on approved requisitions and delivery notes, ensuring traceability and accountability.
  • Report any damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials to the Warehouse Officer for prompt corrective action.
• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely data entry into the ERP/SAP system to support real-time tracking and decision-making.
  • Monitor stock levels proactively and support replenishment activities to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize shortages.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and participate in periodic physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure the proper storage and handling of raw materials, consumables, tools, equipment, and spare parts to prevent deterioration or loss.
  • Uphold warehouse organization and cleanliness in alignment with safety and operational standards to foster a productive work environment.
• Warehouse Operations:
  • Support daily warehouse activities to facilitate a smooth material flow for production and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain teams to meet operational timelines and objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies, warehouse procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines at all times to ensure a secure and compliant workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in material handling, stock control, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly advantageous.
