Enterprise Solutions Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Solutions Manager to spearhead the strategic planning, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of critical enterprise applications. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the organization’s digital transformation journey by overseeing key systems such as SAP S/4HANA, ERP, HRMS, MRO, CRM, document management, and other business solutions. The ideal candidate will play a central role in aligning technology with business objectives, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering measurable value across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Manager will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management plan to support the organization’s long-term growth and digital transformation goals.
• SAP S/4HANA Transformation: Lead the implementation, migration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA, while ensuring the continued support and enhancement of existing ERP platforms to meet evolving business needs.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional business units to translate operational requirements into scalable, innovative, and sustainable technology solutions that drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
• System Integration & Enhancements: Manage the integration of enterprise applications, oversee enhancements, upgrades, and data migration initiatives, and ensure seamless interoperability across systems to support business processes.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Lead vendor relationships, system integrators, and third-party service providers, negotiating contracts, managing licensing agreements, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and budgetary constraints.
• Compliance & Governance: Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols, governance frameworks, audit compliance, and access-control policies to safeguard critical data and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in application performance, service delivery, cost efficiency, and business value through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Enterprise Solutions team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, ERP systems, or digital transformation initiatives, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in SAP S/4HANA implementation, integration, and support, along with a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning, human resource management, maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), customer relationship management (CRM), and document management systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MRO, HR, or project management processes is essential. Prior experience in the aerospace, defense, aviation, or manufacturing sectors is a significant advantage.
• Certifications & Skills: Professional certifications such as SAP, Project Management Professional (PMP), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), or Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) are considered a plus.
